Jane DelRegno is truly one of the most remarkable, articulate, intelligent, patient, people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I cannot imagine anyone else who would have gone above and beyond the way she and her husband/real estate partner, Anthony DelRegno, did during the entire process of selling our home, which was a long and arduous process. Initially, Jane and Anthony, came up with a creative marketing idea to film one of our summer backyard parties to show viewers how amazing the space is. We hired an amazing live band recommended by Anthony where we had more than 75 people enjoying different areas of our tiered backyard. During the editing process, Jane listened to old CD’s of mine and chose a song I wrote as background music called “Go For Your Dreams.” The piece was so professional and exciting to watch. In addition, their staging and photography oversight for printed and online marketing materials were perfect. Her taste was impeccable. Like most home owners, we wanted to list our property as high as possible because we put so much work into renovating and improving the details of our home. We felt the right buyer would appreciate this even if the “comps” told a different story. She was always honest but understanding. Our property in Upper Nyack was unique and needed the right buyer to appreciate all the work that was put into it. She was patient throughout the process when many agents would have definitely not stood the test of time. Finally, the right family showed up at the right time and she obtained the best possible price for us. Once we went into contract, the deal got more and more complicated. Due to newly enforced town codes around land coverage usage, we learned that we needed a variance. In addition, we had no idea we still had an open permits including one that we thought was closed in 2015! At this point, we had already moved to Florida so Jane was literally the point person gathering information and coordinating between the village, the hired architect, our attorney, and even the buyers and their broker. She was the only one who understood the details and made everyone feel comfortable knowing that every single thing had been checked off so that we could finally close after six long months of waiting. Our attorney kept saying, “Who is this woman? She is amazing!” Furthermore, she and Anthony went to our home countless times to fix and handle minor issues without us even asking. Words cannot express our appreciation. I cannot imagine anyone taking this on and working as hard as she did to make this deal happen for all of us. Jane is Wonder Woman and Anthony is Super Man. They make an amazing team!!
